BIO

Justin is a Diversity & Inclusion strategist, advisor and practitioner with over 20 years of experience within the Sports, Media, Financial Services and Non-Profit sectors..

Justin joined Major League Baseball in 2020, as the Vice President of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion and is responsible for the design and implementation of a multi-year D&I, L&D and communications strategy, helping also shape execution approaches across Central Baseball, 30 major league Clubs and 120 minor league Clubs.

Prior to joining MLB, Justin served as Chief Diversity & Inclusion Officer for Omnicom Media Group, where he launched OMG’s first employee networks, built and expanded external partnerships with industry leading organizations and universities, coached and trained hundreds of leaders on consciously inclusive behaviors, led the development of new D&I e-learning modules, launched a robust D&I website, partnered closely with clients to help manage diverse supplier media spend, pitched new business and monitored / reported progress and effectiveness.

Justin is an experienced DEI thought leader and speaker, with expertise in change management, organizational development, executive coaching, BRG strategies, diversity recruitment, retention, learning and talent development. He is a top leader in the area of diversity & inclusion, currently serving on the board for the 3% Movement, advisor to the Fordham University Graduate School of Business and is a former faculty member of the Forum on Workplace Inclusion, the largest D&I Conference in the US.

Justin holds a dual concentration MBA in Finance and Management from the Fordham University Graduate School of Business, and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Binghamton University. Justin lives in Brooklyn with his wife and two sons (ages 9 and 11).
