3 Percent Retreats Creativity and AI logo

Join us for a 3% Creative Retreat – Creativity and AI – in beautiful Hudson Valley, NY.

For 10 years, the 3% Movement has built an unprecedented reputation for igniting ideas and forging teams through creative programming. Yet the large conference gatherings of our pre-COVID world are increasingly hard to host safely.… leaving distributed teams longing for face time and connection.

In a move to meet shifting realities, 3% is proud to create a series of small-footprint live retreats:

  • Intimate size (25-30 people)
  • Restorative spa-like setting: the ultimate out-of-office experience
  • Led by 3% Founder Kat Gordon, with 2-3 experts hand-chosen for each retreat topic
  • Exploring of-the-moment topics for leadership growth in the new world of work

“What a gift. It’s influenced an art project I’ve been working on – motivated me to secure a domain name and start a nonprofit. 100% not something I would have had the balls to do without you all.”

Our debut 3% Retreat in Napa Valley proved that this magical blend of professional development, social nourishment, and nature immersion was exactly what creative leaders are yearning for. We are excited to invite you to our second retreat, with a timely theme to help you lead successfully over the next decade.

Creativity and AI: Loving What’s Now, Learning What’s Next

For our second retreat, we chose to explore 2 topics that balance living in the present with preparing for the future. First, we will establish new creative practices that center your senses to connect to source and free up flow, no matter where you’re working or how stressful the world is in a given moment. Then we will go deep on AI, learning from experts who will demystify generative AI and give you skills for a true competitive advantage.

(And if you need a little preview of why creative folks need to stay up to date on AI, here’s both a cautionary tale and a creative breakthrough.)

“It was a deeply healing and nourishing two days. The sunshine through the windows, the trees, the fresh air, the art, the community, the beautiful food, the reminder that creating doesn’t have to be hard or for someone else. I needed all of that.”
