Stephanie Peirolo

Stephanie Peirolo is a consultant at UpperHand LLC, but thinks of herself as a consigliere. She helps leaders of creative companies manage change to do better work and make more money. She led business development efforts at agencies like Razorfish, FCB, Publicis, and McCann Erickson, and was in executive leadership at a creative boutique and a production company.

She has a BA from Stanford University and an MA in Transformational Leadership from Seattle University. Her work as a storyteller has been featured on the Moth (moth.org), and in the book All These Wonders, True Stories about Facing the Unknown. She has published one novel, Radio Silence, and has recently completed another novel about a woman who runs an ad agency.
