Sally Ali consults with company leaders across a diverse range of industries to implement people-first strategies aimed at strengthening talent capabilities and promoting a more transparent and inclusive company culture. As Head of Talent Development with The 3% Movement, she helps leaders navigate the current state of #metoo by unpacking the movement’s implications on the workplace, including new and emerging realities for individuals and teams, as well as companies as a whole.

Sally designed, and leads and facilitates the 3% Manbassador Initiative, a highly sought-after customized program that empowers male allies to move to the forefront of creating a culture of inclusion, where all people can thrive.

Prior to 3%, Sally served as the Global Chief Talent Officer for DDB, where she successfully developed, implemented and managed the agency’s talent strategies worldwide. She held consulting and direct-line management responsibility for overall organizational design and assessment, change management, learning and development, recruitment and retention practices in highly creative, multicultural environments.

An experienced executive coach, Sally uses her coaching superpowers to support emerging leaders, specifically women of color. Passionate about infertility and the effects it has on women and couples in the workplace and beyond, Sally offers pro-bono coaching to support individuals through this difficult, unrecognized, and often cost-prohibitive journey.
