As Swift’s Executive Creative Director, Rick leads the development of content and concepts across all clients and guides the creative vision of the agency. Beyond inspiring his team to create award-winning work that pierces through the noisy digital landscape, his vision includes rosé on tap, surf movies on the big screen and an extensive vinyl collection. Rick firmly believes that Swift’s female leadership has made him a smarter creative and a better human. He is both a writer and a painter, loves puns and encourages his team to sing karaoke together. Before joining Swift, Rick’s creative contributions spanned entertainment, technology and apparel. His talent as a storyteller and passion for digital merge seamlessly in the work Swift creates.
