A firm believer that digital transformation creates business impact, Reema is passionate about using digital to make brands culturally relevant and change the way people interact with them. With a wide range of skills, Reema’s versatility and business acumen have provided benefits to not only her clients and colleagues, but the industry.

While at Huge, Reema helped to shape the agency’s social vision. She was responsible for building and expanding the agency’s social capabilities including being the new business pitch lead for the communications team. She worked closely with platform partners Facebook, Snapchat and Twitter to bring unique, innovative opportunities and partnerships to clients such as Kohl's and Google.

At Edelman, the largest independent PR firm, Reema operationalized Dove's global online presence and created a scalable model to help the brand craft and publish stories across digital platforms. She worked on a number of award winning campaigns for Dove including “Ad Makeover” and the inspiring “Real Beauty Sketches” which took the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity's highest honor— the titanium Grand Prix — a prize only awarded for innovative and transformational work.  

Outside of the office, Reema spends her time mentoring women from diverse backgrounds and advocates for positive changes in the advertising industry. She is most passionate about changing the ratio through giving women she hires and mentors the support to confidently become strong voices in the industry.
