As a Creative Strategist in Facebook’s Creative Shop, Melody works primarily to scale the democratization of creativity to Small businesses by empowering them to grow their business through mobile first creative.

Prior to Facebook, Melody spent 20 years as a creative in Advertising, responsible for shaping numerous brands for clients across 360 platforms at various ad agencies. She has been instrumental in serving as creative leadership on HomeGoods, Marshalls and T.J.Maxx, BMW, NetJets, Dell, Six Flags, John Frieda, Jergens, Lancôme, Citibank, Verizon, Beech-Nut and L'Oréal to name a few. 

Melody is also the co-founder of a Small Business, Curly Girl Collective. As creators of CURLFEST® — the world’s largest natural beauty festival, the company’s mission is to build a global community that educates, celebrates, and connects women with naturally curly hair.

Melody is a Brooklyn native, constantly seeking ways to express her creativity.
