Kate Higgins thrives on making the seemingly impossible possible. She was fired in the early 90’s because of her sexual orientation. She sued and won. That same tenacity got her into best-in-class creative shops like Fallon, Crispin Porter & Bogusky and MullenLowe on world class brands like Belvedere, Citibank, Microsoft, Old Navy and Lyft.

She’s a dynamic leader who has faced nearly every type of business challenge, and she’s helped build and strengthen many teams, relationships and brands throughout her career. A high-energy mountain biker, ice and rock climber, she brings that same drive and focus to advertising. Fun fact: she’s the youngest of 10 and has mad tractor skills.
