Andrea Diquez

A passionate, innovative thinker with significant global leadership experience, Andrea Diquez was appointed CEO of Saatchi & Saatchi New York in October 2016, after serving as President of the office. Prior to that, she led the team that rebuilt P&G’s Beauty category business and communication globally. Andrea has spent the majority of her 20+ year career in New York; however, from 2011 to 2013 she served as CEO of Saatchi & Saatchi Mexico where in just two years she successfully doubled the agency's business while also leading them to win numerous international creative and business awards.

Before her time in Mexico, Andrea worked on several top clients globally and across North America including Prudential, Subway, Toyota, Tide, General Mills, and GSK among others.

Throughout her career she has led highly diverse teams which have transformed clients’ businesses and earned numerous Effies and Cannes Lions.

Born in Caracas, Venezuela, Andrea makes a point to hire people who make her laugh.
