With a spotlight on diversity, more and more agencies are targeting female and minority creatives. But with so few out there…it often feels like a shell game. Are quotas the answer… or do they lead to tokenism? Is publicly stating a date to achieve gender parity the answer… or does it make candidates feel they’re hired less on talent? When recruiting talent, how do you separate the gender or ethnicity of the candidate from the work? Should you even separate it?
