Talk to Jess
Jess Weiner (Wee-ner) is a sought after consultant and CEO of Talk to Jess, a cultural think tank and strategy firm that partners with global brands to ensure that marketing, media and advertising is inclusive and diverse.
Fast Company recently called her a “secret weapon” for her clients and the results of her strategic work behind the scenes have played a role in two culture shifting moments.
In 2006, she became the Global Ambassador for Dove's Campaign for Real Beauty and ignited a national conversation around beauty, body image and the industry’s promotion of unattainable ideals. A decade later in 2016, Jess again disrupted social norms - this time as a part of the team at Mattel who helped to change Barbie's body.
She is an acclaimed speaker, author of two bestselling books, and an adjunct professor at USC’s Annenberg School for Communication & Journalism.
Jess is an affiliated faculty member of USC’s Media, Diversity, & Social Change Initiative. And has been awarded the National Association of Women Business Owners “Innovator of the Year" Award. Recently, INC. Magazine named her as one of the “21 Thought Leaders Every Entrepreneur Should Follow.”
She is now working with the brands to create and integrate internal policies and training on inclusion, unconscious bias, sexual harassment, and executive leadership skills.
