Shannon Boyle

Shannon Boyle is Chief Talent Officer for Publicis Communications North America and Publicis Health. Shannon joined Publicis Groupe in 2013, most recently serving as Global CTO for PH before her role expanded to include Publicis Communications North America in August 2019. As Chief Talent Officer, Shannon oversees all talent functions, including HR, Resource Management, Talent Acquisition, and Leadership Development for all PH business globally and all Publicis Communications agencies in North America, including Leo Burnett, Saatchi & Saatchi, Publicis New York, and MSL among others.

Throughout her career, Shannon’s innovative frameworks and creative approach to talent recruitment, engagement, and development have built high-performing teams for some of the world’s largest brands, including AstraZeneca, JPMorgan Chase, American Express, and Capital One.

Shannon is a graduate of the University of Delaware and resides outside of Philadelphia with her husband and two children.
