Ritu Sharda

Ritu Sharda is a Senior Executive Creative Director. She has been a writer in advertising for the past 17 years. She has worked across agencies like DDB Mudra, McCann Erickson, Publicis India and she is now with BBDO India. She has won numerous accolades for her work, the most recent one being #ReleaseThePressure on Mirinda and #StandByToughMoms for SCJohnson. She is absolutely in love with this business of ideas and her stint on the Cannes Cyber Jury last year has opened up a whole new way of looking at the world, much beyond the traditional.

However, for her, her biggest achievements are her 9 year old son who looks freakishly similar to her, the recent 100 miles that she put on her bicycle, and her ability to dream her way out of anything unpleasant. What inspires her is how the start of a new day is a search for so many awesome possiblities and challenges.

Every morning is a 'bazingaaaa' moment for her.

She's a curious kid at heart and looks at any problem as if it were a game she has to win. And she's promised herself to always stay that way.
