Paul’s guiding principles of honesty, fearlessness and independence have helped VB&P attract 200 of the nicest, most talented people in advertising, along with big-time clients like Audi, Reebok, Chipotle, 3M and REI.  Together they’ve accomplished great things, including winning the Titanium Grand Prix at Cannes, being included in AdAge’s A-List and Best Places to Work, named Adweek’s 2016 Breakthrough Agency of the Year, and also being recognized as one of Fast Company’s Most Innovative Companies. Additionally, Paul is the recent recipient of the Hal Riney Icons of Marketing award, and has been named one of the 4A’s 100 People Who Make Advertising Great.
