Paul is a modern marketing executive energized by building and breaking traditions in industries ripe for disruption. Currently, focused on building Havas North America to be the most meaningful partner to modern brands and igniting the Vivendi x Havas network. Paul leads three creative groups: Havas, Arnold and Annex in the US and Canada, with over 1,000 people.

Under his leadership, many of Havas Creative Group’s agencies and companies have won a wide set of accolades, including Most Innovative Culture, Best Place To Work, Agency of the Year and countless creative awards. Paul co-founded the global culture and entertainment network of Havas x Vivendi, the Annex, in 2015. The Annex is currently in five global cities with 250 people and expanding, working with global brands such as Adidas, Coca-Cola, Netflix & Activision.

Paul is a relentless champion of inspiring culture and teams to embrace diversity, inclusion and equity by not just implementing innovative company-wide programs but also through a determination to hire people from a wide array of diverse experiences, educational achievements and backgrounds.

Before Havas, Paul enjoyed seven years leading two North American regions for the now Accenture Interactive agency, Wirestone. While there, he was focused on creative/business model innovation/digital transformation assignments for global brands including HP, Motorola, Nike, Boeing, and Conagra.

Passionate about giving back, Paul’s efforts are focused on uplifting inner-city Chicago youth through his board memberships at The Inner-City Education Program (Chicago Blackhawks Charity) and Off The Street Club on Chicago's West Side. He also holds a global board seat for Effie Worldwide.

When not in a conference room or airport, you can find Paul on the ice playing hockey.
