In her role as Director, Organizational Design at frog, Linda provides a broad range of consultative services to build capability and improve organizational performance with clients globally. After more than two decades leading organization transformations at companies including Microsoft, Owens Corning, BAE Systems, and CIGNA, Linda bring compassion and empathy for leaders driving change in large, complex organizations. She has lived and worked globally and specializes in cross-cultural entry. Her data-based behavioral science approach is influenced by neuroscience and human centered design. At frog, Linda leads the Org Activation practice which applies human centered design to reveal the organizational, operational and cultural barriers to success—and solve for them. Linda holds a M.S. in Organization Development from Pepperdine University and a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania. She has served as adjunct faculty at Wharton, University of Michigan, Pepperdine University, Bowling Green State University, Navarra IESE, and Catholic University, and holds certifications in executive coaching, MBTI, DISC, and the Basadur applied creativity profile.
