Kristin Hayden

Kristin has spent her career creating leadership opportunities for historically underrepresented groups. She is the Chief Partnership Officer for IGNITE in San Francisco, building a national movement to inspire young women to run for political office. She is also a founding member (and then served as Interim CEO) of a new ReflectUS coalition, the leading women’s political organizations collaborating together to drive change. Kristin also leads VisionBoost workshops around the globe inspiring people to live their big Visions in life. She has been recognized as an Ashoka fellow for launching OneWorld Now!, an award-winning global leadership program for underrepresented high school youth. She spent her 20’s living and working in Paris, London, Moscow and Tbilisi. Kristin is a high-energy speaker on Vision, diversity & inclusion, women's leadership, wellbeing and social entrepreneurship.
