Kirstin leads Sid Lee’s global business and experience design practice dedicated to strengthening the relationship between people and business.

She has worked with CEOs and business leaders to author growth visions and cultural programs that facilitate cross-functional alignment; partnered with organizations to drive community mobilization; restructured brand portfolios to unlock M&A potential; and defined brand platforms that help businesses compete in today’s experience-based economy. She is especially interested in advancing consulting and creative operations by developing cross-functional services and offerings that unite human-centric design, brand strategy, experience strategy and business foresight.

She has had the privilege of developing and activating strategies that include growth, brand and experience platforms, organizational branding, corporate practice development and training, product development, brand marketing and communications.
