Kasia Karolak

Born in Poland, Kasia emigrated to the US with her mom when she was eight years old, settling in blustery Chicago. A graduate of The University of Illinois at Chicago, Kasia spent the early part of her career helping small businesses build out their marketing initiatives and implement new strategies, especially built around social media. Kasia joined The One Club for Creativity in 2017 as a Social Media Manager, executing social campaigns for the non-profit organization’s many initiatives and amplifying the work of the creative community. She recently stepped into a newly-created role of Gender Equality Program Manager, where she oversees all of The One Club’s existing programs and events on the issue and develop new initiatives to further promote women into creative leadership roles.
