BIO

Jenny Hoffman is a hip-hop fan who does creative strategy, in that order. She is a Global Creative Strategist at Spotify. In her current role, she facilitates creative workshops with Spotify’s top partners and supports multi-market initiatives, a job she loves. During Jenny’s 5.5 years at the streaming company, she has worked in NYC and LA, helped build the branded content practice, driven content monetization for Spotify Studios original content, and managed cross-functional, church-and-state workstreams. Most recently, she was the creative lead in the entertainment vertical and helped launch programs like Universal’s “Us” x TV & Movies takeover with Jordan Peele, Disney’s “The Lion King” x Your Summer Rewind, and Sony’s “Once Upon A Time in Hollywood” x Film & TV Favorites takeover with Quentin Tarantino.

She is a self-proclaimed lover of data insights with a great passion for uncovering human truths through IRL conversations. Prior to Spotify, Jenny started her career at Wavemaker (fka MEC) where she did digital media planning and buying with B2B and travel clients before taking on a role in New Business and Business Development. She’s thrilled she survived. But it was her internships at Publicis Indianapolis and McCann Erickson NY that convinced her to join the wonderful world of advertising.

Jenny has been named a 4As Media Rising Star, Indianapolis 500 Princess, Culture Chair, Women@ Lead, and Miss Congeniality (during her short-lived pageant career).

She grew up in Indiana as a triplet in a family of six and now resides in Santa Monica, CA. When Jenny’s not working, she loves to travel and, after growing up in a landlocked state, spend time at the beach and hike outdoors. Her upcoming travel itinerary includes Tulum, Paris, and Sao Paolo. She is also an avid volunteer and frequently leads silent retreats for young adults in her community.
