Elizabeth Kilpatrick

Elizabeth Kilpatrick has worked as VP of Development & Operations for the Geena Davis Institute on Gender in Media for almost a decade. The Geena Davis Institute is the research based game changer on gender in media, the diversity and inclusion strategist and expert on intersectionality in media.

Elizabeth leads the STEM in media and entertainment efforts at the Institute -- working with content creators to include more unstereotyped female scientists in roles that can impact the careers that girls consider. "If she can see it, she can be it." is the theory of change at the Institute Elizabeth works close with our partners at the Lyda Hill Foundation on their If/Then initiative. She is a producer of the CBS show Mission Unstoppable, hosted by Miranda Cosgrove and featuring the best and brightest of women in STEM.
