Aubri Qian

As an out and proud transwoman of color, Aubri Qian is an advocate for LGBT equality and diversity & inclusion in the corporate world. Aubri leads culture initiatives at DigitasLBi New York, where she oversees non-profit partnerships and the agency’s internal employee resource groups. She sits on the board for Égalité, the Publicis Groupe employee network for LGBT professionals and allies. Prior to joining DigitasLBi, Aubri began her career as an intern at Droga5, where she helped pioneer their transgender employee policy.

Aubri graduated from NYU Stern School of Business with a B.S. in Marketing and Organizational Behavior. In her spare time, she loves brewing beer, playing with her cats and cheering for her hometown football club, the Portland Timbers.
