Amanda Enayati is Head of Culture Innovation for 3%, where she works with companies to design and launch high-performing, impactful and inclusive cultures. Amanda's book, Seeking Serenity: The 10 New Rules for Health and Happiness in the Age of Anxiety (Penguin Random House), explores the science of stress and what it teaches us about creating thriving cultures, companies and communities. Her essays about stress, creativity and innovation, technology and the future of work have appeared widely, including on CNN, PBS, NPR, SUCCESS, Washington Post, Reader's Digest, Salon and elsewhere.

Amanda began her career as an international corporate lawyer. She speaks frequently on the intersection of culture, identity, purpose and happiness, including at SXSW, Stanford Medicine X, The Literacy Project, Aspen Writers at the Aspen Institute, among others.

Born in Tehran, Amanda fled the Iranian revolution as a child refugee and lived in several countries before settling in the United States.
