Consulting

You’re aware of the challenges in creative equality. You know that great creative comes from an inclusive culture. You’re revved up to make a change in your own agency. And you’re ready to make it happen.

That’s where where we come in.

Our experts can partner with your agency to show you how to build stronger, more robust culture where everyone contributes to deliver the best work possible.

Here’s how it works:

1. Assessment

First question: Do women want to work here? To find out, we’ll do comprehensive assessments of your agency’s culture, including how your agency attracts, retains, and promotes women.

From hiring systems and review processes to caregiver support programs and leadership development, we’ll review what’s working and what’s not. Then we’ll compare your agency’s programs against best practices.

2. Program Design + Implementation

At this stage, you’ll know what’s working and what’s not. And with that must-have info, we can help you create new solutions, implement them, and monitor the impact to make sure it’s all working.

Some examples include revamping women’s leadership efforts, developing new parenthood retention strategies, and expanding from women-only groups toward more inclusive programming.

3. Workshops

Now it’s time to get everyone on board. By providing workshops for both women and men, we’ll be able to help your team become even better creatives and leaders.

  • Legacy Leadership Workshops help creative leaders get the best work out of their female creatives by showing them how gendered language, behavior, and actions can impact their work, and their path to leadership.
  • Manbassador Workshops help solve the question men often ask us: How do we support women in the workplace? The answer: By teaching senior leaders to be effective mentors and how to develop their female talent.
  • Motherhood Bias Workshops give participants insights as to why only 38% of women in advertising are mothers. We’ll provide leaders and managers with the tools they need to retain women during those prime childbearing and child-rearing years.
