Our 7th annual conference will offer more opportunity for audience involvement than ever before, tapping the wisdom of the 1,200 people who gather to #changetheratio.
WHAT'S NEW FOR 2018.
The host city.
After 3 years in New York City (and 3 years before that in San Francisco), 3% is excited to take over Chicago’s Navy Pier for our 7th Annual Conference. A new backdrop is more than just a fun photo opp. It’s a creative canvas for us to reimagine the guest experience and to refresh the community with new agencies and brands who haven’t yet experienced 3%’s special breed of magic. The venue itself inspires with panoramic views of Lake Michigan and downtown Chicago, plus a historic stage under an 80-foot dome studded with Edison lights. We even have branded VIP Delegation Lounges on the mezzanine for sponsors who plan to bring a crowd.
A new themed track.
We have combined the Leadership + Manbassadors track into one this year, integrating men more fully into all of our programming. Then we launched a brand new track called HOW TO. As part of the BRING IT theme, we’re tapping peer-to-peer wisdom and letting our community teach one another how to do important things. Like conduct a 360 review. Intervene as a bystander. Understand blockchain. And more.
More opportunities for interaction.
We’ll be livening things up with something called The Question Game, a ping-pong tournament (with brackets + betting!), Improv training, expert-hour roundtables, a live graphic artist, and a custom 3% app. Chances are you’ll leave our 2018 event having given and received more than in years past.

All the good stuff. We’ll still be delivering a rich, diverse speaker lineup, piping a LiveStream to all corners of the globe, honoring people and work (with our Three Cheers and Athena Ad awards), and welcoming student scholars whose award-winning entries set them apart.
